Actor Mel Gibson was under sentence of 4 years in jail after hitting a former girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva until his teeth on. Harsh action by the star of ‘Lethal Weapon’ is not the first time for Oksana.
As reported by The Sun, Friday (21/01/2011), prosecutors are likely to sue Mel with charges of violence in the menage. If convicted on all charges Oksana, 54-year-old actor could end up in state prison for four years. But if only guilty of some offense, he will only receive a sentence of 12 months in prison.
Mel denying claims that beat Oksana and her ex-boyfriend was trying to extort money from him. Previously, two ex-lovers have also been fighting over custody of their children.
